  • Meloetta
  • Hoopa (Unbound or Confined)
  • Zarude
  • Hacked Pokemon
  • Pokemon currently set up equally a Buddy
  • Pokemon currently defending gyms
  • Pokemon not at total wellness
  • Eggs
  • Shadow Pokemon
  • Pokemon that have already been traded

While these limitations may seem harsh, they are helpful if an account is compromised and someone attempted to steal their Pokemon away. With shiny Pokemon also following these prices, however, it might make it hard for players to trade some of their extra shiny Pokemon.
