How Long Does It Take For Cox To Reconnect Service

Disconnecting and reconnecting service, please help!

Hello everyone, please remove if not allowed. I currently pay about $ninety for 150 internet only. I saw a promotion for new customers for $59 a month plus first month free. If I disconnect my existing service and immediately reconnect requesting the $59 cost, will they award information technology? I don't want to get screwed out of no internet.
